hospital

hi all well the reason why i havent posted for nearly a week is that jack has been ill in hospital with his asthma but he is home now and slowly getting better with the help of some new drugs, we also celebrated rubys 3rd birthday i cant believe the time has gone so fast it only seems 2 minutes since i was first holding her how sometimes i would love to go back to that she had a fantastic time she loves her new little trampoline yay take care and goodnight x

squiggles and wiggles x

Hi well today we braved the bus again after tuesdays experience of nearly being thrown off the bus for having a crying child lol ,we finally got to swuiggles and wiggles a little late but that was due to the road closures as the town is having a revamp why they dont use the money to keep local traders afloat ill nnever know anyway i was so pleased we made it as i hadnt seen any of christian friends for a while and i must admit i had missed them quite alot there is something so comforting knowing you are stepping into a place you are truly accepted we had a brilliant time but jack was just crying quite alot so we took him back to the doctors as he had been ill over the week and it turns out he now had the flu and we have to make him rest ad well as keeping him pain free with painkillers bless him and that was that everyones a sleep ready for tomorrows challenges lol night night x x x

sleep over

Today, we have been playing sleepover with blankets pillows and quilts and a nest of tables hanging blankets from them jack and ruby have started playing together more and also comforting each other if one falls and hurts themselves the other will run to the other fast before i can get there to cuddle each other before pushing one another down lol its a game for them the other thing is they will lay down on there blankets and pretend to cry till i pick them up like a baby and shush them night night x x x

Being best friends : )

We have had a lovely day today just playing cuddling chilling reading you name it it was brilliant we have been best friends today lol as they say i feel really positive today after what happened yesterday just have to plod on with the nursery issue not to worry will keep ya posted night all x

A bad day : )

Hi everyone well what a day lol started off really well little ones playing lovely everything tranquill etc we get ready to go to play group and all mayhem breaks loose we got to the bus stop she starts tantrumming really badly i managed to calm her down with a cuddle and a kiss and we became "best friends" again we then get on the bus but jack went into free fall high pitch screaming in temper we got 2 miles down the road and the bus driver threatened to thtrow us off the bus if he didnt stop making that noise i explained that a 2 year old cant walk over 2 miles home we were allowed to stay on the bus but i was so close to tears but i guess things will be ok in the end on the up side i went to parents evening at school ryan is doing fantastic excelling in everything and hubby to be cooked tea and cleaned up so not all bad after all lol night night x x x

music and mayhem

hi everyone, today has been interesting jack is feeling alot better after a recent chest infection ear infection eye infection and has finished his steroids.
Jack was born prematurly so he picks things up quite quickly unfortunately and has been left with asthma due to all the early interventions he needed but hopefully fingers crossed as he gets older he will grow out of it i am sure. we are trying to get the garden sorted asap so we can enjoy some more out door activitys today we focused on jigsaw puzzles and putting shapes in the correct place at which they are very good at i must say followed by music time as ruby loves to sit at her table and chairs and pretend she is a pianist lol.
after a day of adventure they are all bathed and in bed....(still waiting for the sleep fairy to come) night x

grandparents

Today has been lovely, my mum and dad came aka nanny and gan gan came for tea and ruby was taking her usual nap after lunch on the sofa so my mum sat next to her and woke her a little next thing we knew she sat bolt up right with a massive grin from ear to ear ans squealled nanneeee and threw her arms around her with delight the look on her face a memory that will last a long time i think today we learned about making dens and using things in the house to make bridges etc the imagination of children always surprises me we had a brill time now all is quite on the western front hurray peace at last aahh.

activitys day

hi well what have we been doing today? as the weather is abit unpredictable today i decided to stay in and do activitys with the two youngest children ra and ja : ) .
As the topic this term is new life and easter we iced some easter buns and decorated them in spring colours and also talked about planting seeds, so let ra and ja play with lentils and plant them in there pretend pots to get the feel of how seeds sort of feel i think we will do the planting stage when nanny and gan gan get here tomorrow bless them.
ra and ja tried korma and rice with popadoms today for the first time and surprised me with liking it think this will be added to the family menu for the future.
Both now a sleep in bed we have had a quiet day today look forward to tomorrow night night x
